Ashi Anand Charitable Trust was constituted by Anand family in the every lasting memory of Late Ashi Anand who died in a very tragic motor vehicle accident on 30th January, 1983. Ashi Anand was the son of Sh N.K Anand of Kapurthala. Sh N.K Anand allowed the use of the present school building and the land adjoining to it to the Ashi Anand Charitable Trust for 30 years.


There was a great demand of parents/transferable Central Govt. Employees for opening a Public School affiliated with the central board of secondary education (C.B.S.E) in order to meet this persistent demand of the parents Ashi Anand Trust opened this school in Kapurthala on 9th April 1990 with a very small number of 35 students in class 1st. With this humble beginning the school has shown a tremendous leap forward and within a short span of four years it got itself affiliated to the C.B.S.E up to 10th class and later on up to +2 in 1997. The school provides healthy environment, ultra modern facilities educational as well as co-curricular activities in order to develop all round personality of the students.

The Management has decided to further increase the number of rooms as to cope with the demands of increasing number of students. The main aim of the institution is to cultivate refined habits and good moral character amongst students.
